Q: Do you provide delivery service?

A: Yes, we deliver within 15km radius from our branch location. (Currently there are only 2 branches @ “stwpj@stwmy.com (Petaling Jaya)” OR “stwkp@stwmy.com (Kepong)” that support delivery service)

Q: Is there any charges on delivery service?

A: Yes and No. We will charge according to the items that you have purchased. However, certain categories of the items will be waived if delivery destination is in close proximity to our branch that supports delivery service. You may seek further detail from our sales support team.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Our average period of delivery takes about 3 to 5 working days.

Q: What type of payment does STW accept?

A: We are currently accepting only 2 kinds of Payment Methods, please refer below for details:

> Bank Transfer – IBG/3rd Party Transfer : The payment account information will be specified in tax invoice after you have confirmed with the quotation. After payment has been made, please remember to attach that payment slip and tax invoice and email it to the branch that you request for quotation.
